Privacy policy

What we collect
Your email address and password (held by our sign-in provider, Supabase), the name and city you give us, the contact details you add, the listings you publish, the games you say you want, the reviews you write, and which sellers' contact details you've asked for.
Who sees it
Your name, city and listings are public. Your contact details are only shown to signed-in buyers with a confirmed email who ask to see them on an active listing, and how many they can see is limited. The games you want are public on your listings open to trading, and reviews show your name. Your email address is never shown to other users. We don't show who wants a game.
Who helps us run g4g
Supabase stores our data and handles sign-in, in the European Union. Game titles and covers come from IGDB. Nothing about you is sent to IGDB. We don't sell your data, and we don't show ads.
Browser storage
We keep your sign-in session and a few conveniences, like your last chosen console, in your browser's storage. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Telegram
If you connect Telegram, we keep your chat's ID, so we can send you alerts. Your messages to the bot aren't stored. Turning alerts off, or blocking the bot, removes it.
Keeping and deleting
You can edit or remove your details at any time in your account. Deleting your account removes your profile, contact details, wanted games and reviews, and takes your listings down straight away.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, as Georgia's Law on Personal Data Protection provides. Contact us at [contact address to add before launch].
